Our Projects

We believe in the power of play, and in pup headspace as a transformative mindfulness practice. PLUR Pups fosters belonging by creating and stewarding inclusive communities where human pups can connect authentically, express themselves freely, and build meaningful relationships across social, economic, and cultural differences. We see pup play as a healing force against the harms done by society’s judgments and divisions.

Through events, education, mentorship, and community moderation, we cultivate spaces that encourage play, creativity, mutual respect, and social support.

We pride ourselves on creating safe and accessible spaces for queer, neurodivergent, minority, underprivileged, and gender expansive folx. Our events are open to all, and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

While there’s no wrong way to be a pup, PLUR Pups are more than “humans in a hood:” we take joy in promoting our vision of pup culture as a place brimming with unconditional love.
